MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.— After a three-week break, No. 25 Minnesota (1-0) returns to action as they host Illinois State University at 8 p.m. Friday. This will be Illinois State’s first game of the season. The Redbirds finished 2015 with a 5-6 record. Meanwhile, Minnesota last played on February 5th, which they won 13-7 against Minnesota State-Mankato. This will be the first meeting between these two teams.
Admission to the game is free. Fans attending are encouraged to park in the 4th Street Parking Ramp or Lot 37. Event parking rates will apply. A map is available HERE.
